It's with sadness that we have to report that Nate Chandler's father, "Bubba" Chandler, passed away today, loosing his battle against cancer. Nate and his mom were on a flight to Florida for the National All-Star Football game when they received the sad news. Bubba had been in the hospital for the last 4 days. Nate's mother is flying back to handle the arrangements while Nate continues on to Florida to participate in the game. Our thought's, our prayer's, and our support go out to Nate, his mother and his family. Just about everyone involved in sports in Mira Mesa knew Bubba.
